Manning Elliott fosters both a performance-oriented culture and one of work-life balance. We reward and recognize our staff and, at the same time, have policies to ensure that our most important resource – our people – has sustainable work practices.
There is a "family" feel to our organization. Many of our team members have been with Manning Elliott for a long time and staff turnover is low. Senior staff members are approachable and there is a true team orientation and friendly atmosphere. We have an active Social Committee and well-attended staff events throughout the year.
Feedback is welcome from our team members. Manning Elliott has created a Team Advisory Committee made up of staff representatives who are not partners or managers. The members of this committee raise issues and concerns with management that affect both the firm as a whole and the team members in each of the non-manager groups.
Manning Elliott's culture of community consciousness is manifested in its active participation in charitable events, green initiatives, senior staff participation on the boards of charities and not-for-profit organizations, student-oriented Day of Giving, and Community Outreach Committee activities.
