Terry provides audit, accounting, tax planning, personal financial planning and business advisory services in our private practice and not-for-profit practice areas. His private practice clients come from a wide range of industries.
Terry has also served as a seminar leader to other CAs in BC for over 18 years. Currently, he is an instructor for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and conducts seminars on the transition to various new auditing and accounting standards: international standards for auditing, accounting standards for private enterprises and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
A graduate, in 1974, of the Bachelor of Commerce program from the University of British Columbia, Terry became a CA in 1976 and obtained a Certified Financial Planner designation in 1999. He joined Manning Elliott as a principal in 2003 and was made a partner in 2005.
Terry served as a member of various committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC between 1985 and 2000. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Vancouver and with his previous membership at yet another Rotary club, Terry has more than 20 years of participation serving the community in Vancouver.
Foreign travel with his wife Judy is a favourite pastime for Terry. He also enjoys cycling and golf and is an avid reader of novels.
