Warren's practice encompasses privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. His broad experience in public practice allows him to provide private companies with traditional tax and advisory services and audit and review engagements. Not-for-profit organizations benefit from Warren’s assurance and financial reporting expertise, his involvement as a sounding board on operational issues, and his advice on complying with Canada Revenue Agency requirements, including HST.
Warren excels at explaining the technical side of accounting in a way that his varied audiences can readily understand. He delivers a wide range of seminars to non-accounting professionals; he conducts in-house training sessions on audit and accounting topics; and he is one of two partners leading Manning Elliott's Accounting Standards for Private Enterprise (ASPE) Task Force.

Warren began his career with Manning Elliott as a senior accountant in 2002, after obtaining his CA designation in 2001 with an international accounting firm. He became a partner in 2009. An avid lover of music, Warren continues to harbour dreams of one day becoming a rock-star...
Born and raised in Vancouver, Warren and his wife are raising a young family. They enjoy hiking, skiing and everything else about life on the West Coast.
