The staff at Manning Elliott, known as "team members", consider themselves fortunate to work for the firm. They have a true team orientation, people care for and support each other, and there is a widespread sense of camaraderie.
The Social Committee actively organizes events throughout the year such as a barbeque during the summer, a Casino Night and a Christmas party. Also, over and above these major events, many ad hoc activities come together in a fluid, spontaneous manner for any team member who is interested. These activities include dim sum lunches, hockey game nights, ski weekends, sports pools and hiking trips.
