Purpose of Role:
|
- Manning Elliott is seeking an experienced and accomplished Administrative Assistant for a full-time role at our Vancouver location. This role will provide administrative support to the Partners and production team.

Reports to:

- Director, Human Resources & Operations, and Partners
|
|
|
Qualifications
|
- 3-5 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities
|
- Provides high-quality word processing and appropriate distribution of all correspondence, engagement draft and end-product materials
- Provides general team administrative support as specified or needed (including intra-team and intra-office)
- Proofread and prepare proposal packages
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Actively supports and participates in firm-wide initiatives
- Participates in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management program.
- Promotes the firm’s Quality Control Standards.
