Executive Assistant


  • Permanent, Full-Time

Purpose of Role:
  • Responsible for providing high-quality executive administrative support to the Office Managing Partner.

Reports to:
  • Office Managing Partner (OMP)

Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes:
  • Minimum 3-5 years Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Executive Assistant experience in a professional services environment considered an asset

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration or other relevant field

  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a changing environment

  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work with people who have a diverse range of skills, styles, and approaches

  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and create reports and presentations

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion


  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence

  • File and retrieve records, documents, and reports

  • Keep the OMP’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings

  • Help prepare for meetings and accurately record minutes from meetings

  • Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts

  • Conduct research, collect & analyse data, and generate reports based on the needs of the OMP

  • Assist with the preparation and organization of internal and external meeting events

  • Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

  • Actively support and participate in Firm wide initiatives

  • Participates in the Firm’s Team Development Performance Management Program

  • Promotes the Firm’s Quality Control Standards
