William is a member of Manning Elliott’s Valuations practice. He possesses considerable expertise and specialization working with entrepreneurs, private and public companies, and high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on valuations, litigation support, loss and damage quantification, purchase price allocation (PPA), asset impairment analysis, financial projections and modelling.

About William

William services clients in a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, insurance brokers, software as a service technology companies (SAAS), food distribution, mining, oil and gas, as well as professional practices.


​​​A graduate from the University of British Columbia, William attained a Bachelor of Science in Genetics in 2007. He went on to obtain his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in 2013 and then his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation in 2017.

He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Membership and Best Practices Committee of the Collaborative Divorce Vancouver Society and as a committee member in the BC Chapter of The Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CBV Institute). William also serves as an instructor for the Program of Studies under the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.

Outside the office, William enjoys researching the latest tech gadgets, advancements in the mobile communications sector, as well as new innovative software and cloud services on the World Wide Web. When not conducting research, William can be found reading short ghost stories and fantasy fiction novels on his kindle.
